GAEC Annual General Meeting on Saturday 27th June

Dear Parents, You are invited to the GAEC Annual General Meeting which will be held on Saturday 27th June 2009 at 10.45am in the school. Please note this date on your diaries; it is very important for all parents to attend. The proposed agenda items are: Committee members elections Registrations for next school year (2009-10) General school update You are welcome to add items to this list. Just send me an email with your suggestions and I'll have them added. End of year tests Final tests are going to be held on Saturday 4th July. Children will be tested on all they learnt during this school year. End of year gathering Another date to mark on your diaries: To mark the end of the current academic year, you are all invited to a community gathering on Saturday 11th July, 6.00pm at the Park Barn Centre (Park Barn Drive, Guildford, GU2 8EN). We'll be sending out more emails nearer the date as a reminder. The School Committee.
